3. Eligibility

Pre-settlement funding from 5000 Tomorrow requires:

• Michigan residency
• An active personal injury case pending in a Michigan court
• Representation by a licensed Michigan attorney
• A case that meets our internal funding criteria

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to our case review and approval process.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to:
